From concept to completion and beyond, we’ve successfully navigated stakeholder collapse, global shock events, economic volatility and regulatory shifts.

Ben Newbold

​Bachelor of Business (Economics & Finance) - RMIT
With over 20 years of hands-on experience across all sectors of the property and construction industries, Ben has successfully led major developments and construction projects from concept to completion, always with a laser commercial focus
His analytical, balanced and practical approach to complex problems earns trust and delivers results.
He has exceptional people and leadership skills and is well liked by a wide and loyal client base, industry professionals and any and everybody associated with a project.

Ben has extensive client-side project management experience and has overseen projects on some of the states more iconic assets.
Away from the industry coal face, Ben is raising 3 boisterous children, coaches under achieving football teams and socialises with family and friends.

John Newbold
Chairman

Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) – RMIT
John has an unparalleled eye for detail. He brings an unmatched technical capability to projects and logically navigates complex scenarios.
With over 40 years experience, John has vast experience across all industry sectors and all project delivery methods.
John has been involved in the development of education programs for industry professionals and has mentored industry participants at all levels. He is committed to the improvement of industry processes and behaviours and most certainly sets the standards by which project excellence is measured.
When not mentoring and helping clients, John enjoy’s spending time with his grandchildren, plying them with sugar and teaching them things their parents would rather they didn’t know. John has skippered 7 Sydney to Hobart Yacht races and has had an active involvement in local Australian Rules football.
